EasyRMS now has offices in the UK, FRANCE, USA, CANADA, CHINA, SINGAPORE and AUSTRALIA, and distributors in EUROPE, NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA and ASIA PACIFIC.

NEW CUSTOMERS
This year has seen the addition of 75 new NH Hoteles properties, over 100 Accor properties in the first quarter of 2010 and 26 new Choice Hotels Scandinavia properties in Q2, with plans for a further 25 hotels in Q1 2011. EasyRMS is set to expand by over 50% this year, with new team members being recruited at our offices around the world - this to further optimise the SaaS service given to our increasing new customer base, as well as to our loyal and prestigious existing clients.
Other new customers include: Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Ayana Resort and Spa, Boar’s Head Inn, Best Western Tuscan Inn, Best Western InnTowner & The Highland Club, Trump International Waikiki Beach, Trump International SoHo New York, Galt House Hotel & Suites, Great Wolf Lodge Concord, Potomac Hospitality Services, Ramada Plaza Wrexham, The Strand Palace, Hôtel Napoléon, Hotel Plaza San Francisco, Pestana Hotels & Resorts, Enjoy Casino & Resorts, Cape Grace Hotel, Radisson Blu Dubai and Regal Hotels International.
INTEGRATION NEWS
On the integration front, we’ve added two new interfaces with Amadeus: since 2009, our interface with Amadeus’ HOTIX, specifically installed in properties within the Accor portfolio using our system, allows the extraction of information from a hotel property using the HOTIX PMS through to EzRMS™, plus a further agreement has been completed for an interface to extract data from Starlight PMS; with ResortSuite we have both extract and upload interfaces now in use at client sites; at the Chester Grosvenor we’ve installed the Trust International BAR upload; at the Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa we’ve added the SynXis BAR upload; and in addition we’ve developed the Agilysys V1 BAR upload and an interface to Visual Hotel PMS by CM Soluções - a leading South American software provider. On the Channel Management side, we’ve developed further enhanced interfaces for Rate Tiger and Fast Booking.
FUNCTIONALITY NEWS
Our team have worked hard on making changes to the structure of EzRMS™ in order to both make sure certain processes are streamlined, and to ensure that we are ready for future enhancements and new modules. In addition, we’ve implemented a number of new search options for Ez-QUOTE™ which will make it even easier to find quoted groups. Our development team are working on a new version of EzRMS ™ which will offer our users some exciting new improvements.

Following a series of Revenue Management & Pricing Seminars in London and Berlin in Q4 2009, as well as 'EzRMS Evenings' in South Africa, in Q2 2010 we’ve hosted Revenue Management & Distribution Seminars in Beijing and Shanghai in China, and in London, UK.
